In resolution, at the time of making the reservation we cannot see certain ancillary fees, e.g., RAP/EP (Roadside Assistance Protection / Excess Protection) hence this information is not visible to the booker.
Travel agencies act as customers for Enterprise Mobility who don’t necessarily need to see this, hence this is not displayed in other booking tools e.g., Enterprise Travel Direct (ETD).
However, such charges are agreed and added later in the booking process outside of the reSolution booking tool. Displaying the ancillary charges will provide transparency in that the total price will be displayed at the time of booking. NatRes has this data available.
